I'm a T shaped people leader and strategist with a background leading teams of up to 150 delivering initiatives that are both cross functional and include multiple external businesses. 

My deep technical knowledge is in Customer Insights, Strategy, Sales and Marketing across the fashion, beauty, and general merchandise retail sectors. My jam is building high-performing teams which break new ground and deliver award-winning results.

I spent 11 years building my career in the UK and since returning to New Zealand I have been with The Warehouse Group in a variety of GM roles across ecommerce, marketing and B2B sales. Part of the team that led our business transformation to agile as the Product Owner of both an omnichannel CX squad and a Strategy squad I now lead strategy and marketing for The Warehouse.

I am part of a capital fund of over 500 women. We combine our funds to provide interest-free capital to female entrepreneurs who must be revenue-generating, with export potential and addressing one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It’s a radical solution created as an alternative to the traditional VC world where less than 2% of funding goes to female entrepreneurs.

Because I believe that making memories shouldn’t cost the earth I measure and offset 120% of our company’s carbon emissions each year. I understand One Fyfe is the first holiday home in the world to do so. Additionally, One Fyfe is a member of 1% for the Planet. This means we commit to donating 1% of our gross sales each year to highly vetted environmental non-profits that align with our values and make the biggest impact possible.
